If you're talking about having them all to be recognized, you simply need to make sure they're populating 2 of the slots on your board and that you use a 64bit Microsoft OS in order to recognize more than 3GB of ram. If you're talking about the rams frequency, you will need to state the make and model of the rams sticks.

One other thing is that if the ram kit supports it, you can enable the XM./P profile in order to get the ram kit to it's advertised speeds.

Are you sure it's the i5-6600 and not the i5-6600K?
