Question about motherboard and PSU

Building my first PC and I have two questions.

Would it be safe to run this GTX 750 Ti GPU and this AMD FX-6300 CPU on this 430W XFX PSU? PC Part Picker says the build only uses 244W, but I just want to be 100% certain that the PSU is enough, and that the brand is good enough. (I don't plan on overclocking anything either)

Also, should this motherboard be okay for the rest of the build here. I can't seem to find the exact part on PC Part Picker to check if it's compatible. The closest thing I could find to it is this one but it doesn't seem to be the exact same part. I just want to be certain it'll work before I make any purchases.

Hi, Yes that motherboard will work fine, its not the best nor the most powerful but it will do its job. also yes that XFX TS 430W is enough to power an FX-6300 and a GTX 750ti without a problem.
