Question about motherboard cooling for CPU

I'm getting ready to build my first gaming computer. My budget isn't much so I'm not going crazy but I'm going with a MSI Gaming Intel Skylake B150. I'm also going to get a semi decent cpu to slap in it. Whenever I find the right cpu will I need to buy aftermarket cooling for said cpu or will that motherboard come with its own cooling capabilities? Or is the cooling something that normally comes with the cpu? Again it's my first build so I don't want to dive in top quick without knowing exactly what I need.

Solution
it depends on the CPU you're buying

with the Msi B150 Gaming compatible CPUs are: i3-6100/6300, i5-6400/6500/6600 & i7-6700. those all come with a cooler equipped. not the greatest but more than capable
however when going for an "unlocked" CPU like the i5-6600k or i7-6700k (which is basically a waste of money with that board) there's the need for an aftermarket cooler since those CPUs don't come with one.

usually, the stock cooler is fine for your needs.
