Question about motherboard!

I'm building my first gaming pc, and I've been thinking about either MSI B450 TOMAHAWK or MSI B450 GAMING PLUS. What are there differences? The GAMING PLUS is 20$ cheaper here where I live, so should I go with that one, or is the TOMAHAWK worth the 20$ more, if so, why? Or are there better options?

Also, is AMD Ryzen 5 2600 good for gaming with low budget? Or should I go with intel, if so, why?

Where are you located? What is your budget for the board and where do you want to source the board from(preferred site of purchase)? The Tomahawk is the better built boards among the two hence the cheaper price tag. Outside of that, they are identical without the obvious aesthetic differences.
