Hi, I am building a new pc and just bought this motherboard, however something keeps scratching at my head.

In the review of the board here on Tomshardware, the article says that it has bad full-load power efficiency.

I am quite dumb and so I ask the question what exactly does that mean and is it a bad thing that makes this motherboard not good?
