Question Question about my fans

I am a first time builder of a pc, and I don't know where on my mother board to plug in my fans. I have a MSI Z390M GAMING EDGE mother board and 3 Corsair iCUE SP120 RGB Pro fans. I plugged the lighting part into the psu but the fans wont spin. I have some leftover cables that can go onto 3 pins, but I dont know where.

Fans should connect to spare fan headers on motherboard.
The RGB connectors - connect to RGB headers with correct voltage or to Lighting controller.

Is it ok that the fans have cables that have 3 holes instead of 4? Because the fan header has 4 pins.

If it is a fan plug (4 places for pins) 3 pins is voltage control - will vary output voltage to adjust speed.
4 pins is PWM control MB pulses voltage to adjust speed.
In the motherboard bios you should be able to select PWM - DC - Auto, select DC.

I only have plugs with spaces for 3 pins
My other fan has a fan plug, but i cant seem to find one with the 3 others
Where do the 3 pin plugs go?
