Question about my first build.

This will be my first build and I just want to be able to play these games medium to high maybe even ultra with hopefully 30+ fps, just playable fps really with my pc im planning to build soon.

The games i have interest in playing are games like: Battlefield, Skyrim, Fallout 4, Day z, arma 2 or 3 (whichever one), Rust, Ark, Hurtworld, h1z1. Those are the ones off the top of my head.

This build is the one im set on at this point.

I know the more expensive build would be the better performance wise but would it be necessary? Would the 970 be fine maybe even the 960? Thanks in advance.

Z97-A is currently 92$,good motherboard overall.

If 30-40 FPS ultra is fine for you i'd pick the R9 380.

i would go with no less then a r9 290 r9 390 or gtx 970 on this build if you need to save a bit of money you can switch to a i5 4690k it willgame about the same as the i7
