Question about my LEDs on my graphics card

So I just recently bought a 1060 from EVGA and it has white LED lights on the graphics card. Im going for a blue/black build if i was to get a blue film to stick over the lights would it show as blue or would it barely be noticable?

This should work. Just make sure the shade of the film is darer than your target color because when the light hits it it makes it lighter than usual.
