hello i have P8H61 LX 3 R2.0 motherboard and i am planning to buy i7 3770 and gtx 1070 for it. will this mobo damage any of these components because of cheap chipset? and will there be any bottlenecking?

Solution
Of course! Sorry for the long waiting in this response, I thought I answered before, but accidentally closed my browser first.
There is an important factor in bottle necking I forgot to address before- RAM. Just like your speeds affect preference, so does the amount of RAM for have. You'll need 16 GB to avoid a bottle neck with those really nice parts. Just make sure to get a dual channel kit!
Good luck, GuJa!

Hello GuJa,
Nice setup! No damage should be done to your components unless you go for a reckless overclock. Other than that, bottle necking doesn't seem like it should be a problem either, depending on what types of games you'll be playing.
Here's what I mean: To check your bottle necking, I used a website called Game Debate and checked it on two games. The first game is a less demanding one, Minecraft, in which the site said there should be no bottle necking.
However, when I looked at a newer title, Fallout 4, your CPU was reported as a bottle neck, but still powerful enough for playable FPS on ultra.
With those results, I wouldn't worry about it, because different titles are more taxing on certain pieces of hardware (as displayed in my bottle neck checker). Fallout 4 relies more heavily on your CPU, and Minecraft was more of an all round user.
None the less, your PC will run both games on playable FPS with ultra, but I can't give a number because those are only for premium users. As your parts become outdated, you can squeeze more life out of them with overclocking. Good luck, and feel free to ask more questions!
