Question about my setup (CPUID Validator attached)

does this look normal to everyone? I am kind of a noob, but following the advice of some tech friends and things I read online.

My main question is about the Freq : 2940 MHz (133.64 * 22) listed in bold red, is this normal or something to worry about? Do i need to reconfigure anything?

I restarted and tried CPUID again, and now its saying Freq : 1603.59 MHz (133.63 * 12)

What exactly is this and why is it changing so much?

Answered my own question!

If you are wondering why it is because I have Intel Speedstep enabled. It will automatically lower speed of the processor when running idle to lower temps and save power.
