I have a nooby question for you. I want to insert an animated GIF into my sig. How?

I seem to have managed to get the gif into my sig but now my avatar is gone...

Re-submit it through the "modify my picture" function. It will likely take 12-24 hours to show up, as it needs to be checked by the powers that be first.
