Question about no-recoil macro

There is this no-recoil macro scripts we know some use them as a 'cheat' in fps game.
I've been wondering is it any mouse that equipped with macro programming supports no-recoil macro script?

AFAIK there is no mouse that can negate recoil in game, thats just not feasible, and in any online game you would probably get banned.
