question about overclock

hello, i have a few question about overclock the CPU, is the temperatures of every CPU is running b/w -25 to 80 degree (will this applie to PIII, PIV and althon)?? what job of the CPU operating will cause it to the highest temperatures?? what is the different b/w Althon and Duron??

the diffence between the athlon and the duron is that the atholon has more cahce then the duron the have the same exact cores other than that

anything that make your cpu at 100 % is what makes it heat up the most

generally, running CPU intensive programs increases the heat of the CPU. These may include, but limited to, games, video and mpeg encoding/decoding, and the like.
