[SOLVED] Question about PC fan system and games

I am trying to play Lego Harry Potter Years 5-7, and everytime I play, the cpu and case fans spool up to a very loud rpm. I am able to play games such as the Witcher 3 and Fallout 4 on High and Ultra with little to no change in the rpm or noticeable sound difference. So my question is can this can Lego Harry Potter really be that much more intensive than the other mentioned games? If it helps, I have an AMD Ryzen 5 3600 cpu with an AMD Radeon RX 580 gpu, 16 GB of ram, and an ASUS TUF X-470 plus gaming am4 ATX motherboard. I would appreciate any advice on this issue, as it makes the game rather difficult to play over the high rpm.

for pc there is support up to win 7 check the net and if you want to use a xbox version wont work .

So if i'm running windows 10 is that the issue? The page on GOG, where I bought it says it has support for windows 10

I would do that, however I bought it on GOG.com, and they include that it is supported for windows 10. Would the difference in operating system really cause problems?

I also played the first game (years 1-4) with no issues

Tried this and it said it all met the requirements. I haven't used any cheat codes. Probably just going to try reinstalling it to see if that would work. Just going to delete all the files, luckily I wasn't very far into the game.
