[SOLVED] Question about PCIE slots on my motherboard

Hi there, i was wondering if there is difference if I put my GPU in any of my PCIE slots.
My motherboard is Asus Prime Z390-A.
I've read the manual and it says every single one is PCIEX16.

Yes, it makes a difference, only the one closest to your CPU is the one that will run at x16. See page 1-8 in your user's manual.
All the slots are physically x16 but they are not all electrically x16.
