Question Question about possibily compatibility problems

Hi! My friend have a problem, his PC always reports crashes in any games that he run. He never can plays a game more than 20 minutes. He tried reinstall the OS, reinstall the graphic card sistem, update the drivers, fix the error code and other little solutions like desactivate the antivirus or give permisions with the firewall.

His PC is new, but since he build it, he never can play a game!
The machine specifications are:
Motherboard: ASUS a320m-k
RAM: Hyperx Fury ddr4 8gb 2400 Mhz x2
Graphic card: Zotac Gaming 2060 RTX GeForce
Power suplie; EVGA 750 bq
Processor: AMD Ryzen 3 2200 G
SSD Kingstone 120 gb
And a Seagate 500 gb

So what do you think could be the error that is happening to him?
