Question about power supplies in Italy

Hi all, one of my friends from Italy is looking to build a PC for the first time. He has a good list sorted out, but the only thing that concerns me is the Power Supply unit. I know that each country in Europe has their own power standard, and as a result the plugs and sockets are different across the board unless there is a compatible standard in EU countries.

If he purchases a power supply from an international retailer like NewEgg, would they package in the right cord that is compatible with Italian power standards?
