Question about processer part #

So I was looking at this msi mobo (http://www.msi.com/support/mb/A78ME35.html#support-cpu) and I want the AMD Athlon X4 760K as my processer. When looking at the supported processors for the mobo the 760K was there, but just with a different part number than this 760K http://pcpartpicker.com/part/amd-cpu-ad760kwohlbox. Is it still okay to use?

Most definitely yes. It is still exactly the same cpu, only box model with stock cooler instead of oem part without cooler.

But I would suggest you use a motherboard with heatsinks on the voltage regulators if you want to overclock
