Question about R7 250 bottleneck

Guys i have a little problem. Well soon im going to get a new video card i a choosed an radeon r7 250 1gb gddr5.I checked my PSU and it's ok(450W).But the problem is my processor.It's Amd Athlon 64 X2 4200+ 2,2Ghz.Well my question will it bottleneck the video card, or it will run fine with minimal loss of performance?And if it's going to bottleneck can u prefer me any video card which can max out my pc's performance.

Your PSU Is Fine To Run 250 But Your CPU Will 100% Bottleneck 250....I Will Recommend Upgrading Processor And Getting An R7 250x That's Much Better Than R7 250.........

I'll recommend getting atleast an i3-4150,and r7 250x,and 6gb of minimum ddr3 memory and with those you can run most games at decent fps
