Question about Ram frecuquencies and motherboard

Hi, I choosed these components for upgrading my pc
Motherboard: Asrock AB350M-hdv
CPU: Ryzen 5 1600x
RAM: Hyperx Predator 3000Mhz 8GB ( i programmed to buy another 8GB in the future)
The motherboard doesn't support exactly 3000Mhz but 2933 and 3200 are the closest frequencies supported. Will i have porblems with 3000Mhz?

Yes it will support 3000Mhz. The mobo supports up to 3200Mhz so it will support 3000. You will simply need to manually set your RAM to 3000Mhz and 1.35v for it to work as by default it will be set to 2400Mhz at 1.2v

You've got nothing to worry about.

With the 3xx motherboards, 2933mhz is as close as you can get to 3000mhz without changing the base clock. Which is fine, 80mhz is nothing performance wise.

Meanwhile the gen 2 motherboards, X470 and B450 don't have this problem.
