Question about reallocated sectors count

I have a WD black that I bought about 3.5 years ago. It has about 23,000 power on hours.

CrystalDiskInfo tells me that the reallocated sectors count is 200 current, 200 worse, and 140 threshold. The raw value is just a bunch of zeros.

Western Digital Data LifeGuard tells me that the value is 200, threshold is 0, and worst is 200.

Are these numbers normal or is my drive on it's way out?

It's kind of inverted, you start at max, and go down. the raw data is actual amount of reallocated sectors (in hex so 0-F and 10 is 16)
Supposedly, disk has that 200 "spare" sectors to use if one on the disk goes bad (Means it will be unusable and data might be lost)

so.. 200 spare, 200 left, Disk will claim it should be replaced at 140 left for Crystaldisk and WD Lifeguards opinion is.. none left?
Edit: or.. treshold counts the used reallocated treshold so WD throws a fit after 1st one, crystaldisk after 140th

Biggest thing is to check periodically, if the number keeps increasing, your disk will possibly die soon.

edit: In short your disk is still just fine with no reallocated sectors

If that HD ever begins to become a problem:
If affordable, if possible, boot a usb or dvd backup/restore/clone utility, one of your choosing, and clone your problematic source HD onto an external target HD or media of your choosing, HD would be best. That way, you can choose any number of routes to recover data folders and files and know you have another "master" on hand. The reason I'm posting the clone idea in this thread and several others: several data recovery specialists indicate that many end-users, in the midst of their crisis, often "try everything", some succeed, some don't, and those that don't succeed find out from DR companies that now recovery is much harder, much less successful (in general), and much more expensive.

My earlier post was intended to answer the possibility of imminent physical or "logical" failure of the HD in question; this assumption on my part may or may not apply to your situation. Proceed the best way you believe is best for your situation.
