So I just did a CAM test to see if my CPU or GPU were bottlenecking and it read CPU: 35 degrees and for the GPU around 40-42 degrees would this be considered bottlenecking? (I'm not that great with identifying bottlenecks) so I anyone could give me pointers that would be great

Solution
You can OC your GPU for now. GTX 1080 has been with us fo a while so lets OC your GPU first and use it until it can take no more. If you start seeing noticeably low FPS in your games even after OC, then buy a new one
Tell us the percentage of usage of each while using the desired application

If the CPU is like 50-60% and the GPU is stuck at 99-100% then in that case your GPU is the bottleneck. But no software uses every component the same. Some are CPU-bound as well so the percentage will give you all the details you need.

Hi so i was testing it on outlast 2 with msi after burner and the gpu usuage and cpu usage is here

Yea I kinda figured the GPU bottlenecked a little bit, Should I OC it? or get the 1080 sometime in the future
