Question about Rosewill rc - 101

I was just looking at this card to put on my pc, but i wasn't sure how the card connects. I know how to instal pci cards except I didn't recognise if it connects to like an express 1x, 16x or like a legacy. I have the Asus p8z77-v le plus board. can I put 2 of these on with a gpu and sound card, or can they only go in the 16x slots? thanks
