I have read that the Ryzen 3 2200G has 12 PCIe lanes available. 8 for graphics via the PCIe x16 slot, and 4 for storage. Therefore am I correct in assuming that adding a discrete graphics card and a PCIe 3.0 x4 MvME SSD to the motherboard slot would consume all the available lanes?
Also, what if a SATA 3 SSD were used in place of the above SSD? How would that affect the number of PCIe lanes? Isn't SATA somehow part of the PCIe interface? Confusion reigns.
