Question about screen tearing

I'm building a new pc and I need your help. My goal is to be able to play demanding games on full graphics or older ones, heavily modded (TES Skyrim for example), while also being able to comfortably edit large files (been working on a map which has a 2 gb size in Photoshop right now) in Photoshop and Illustrator. Most of the time I'll be working on both Adobe programs and probably InDesign too. My budget is 1600 euros more or less (1750 dollars). I'll be playing both FPS games (like LoL) and RPG games (like TES and Dark Souls).

However, my current monitor is a Philips 231te4lb 1920x1080, 60Hz. I mainly play Skyrim, Dark Souls, Assassin's Creed and LoL. Will there be screen tearing? Will it be visible and make the games unplayable? I'm mostly worried about LoL cause V-Sync will increase input lag. Does anybody have any experience with this?

Solution
Your budget will allow you to easily get a system that will handle 1080P/60hz on ultra with no issues and the input lag from vsync is minimal but if it's a concern then just turn vsync off.

Although with your budget I would get a new monitor, a 1440P/IPS would make your games and Photoshop work look much better.

My concern is that my system is too good for the monitor I have. If I turn V-sync off, won't that create massive tearing? Do you have any experience with the pairing of a gtx 1080 and a 1080p 60 Hz monitor? I'm really worried that I'm gonna get a pc I won't be able to play on, but I can't say that I have found a lot about massive screen tearing online.

I used to use a 1080 ti on a 2560x1080P/75hz monitor and never had issues with screen tearing even with games I left it off on. And were talking about a system that was pulling around 200 FPS on BF4.

I also updated what I posted earlier with a better monitor.

That's what I was thinking too. After all, I can't be the only one who wants to match a gtx1080 with a 1080p/60Hz monitor. I guess that if there was such a critical issue, I'd see more posts on forums about it. On the other hand, I know that theoretically the difference between the frames my GPU produces and the ones the monitor depicts should cause tearing. I was mainly worried about LoL tbh as it really helps to have more fps. Dark Souls, TES and other RPGs could run just fine with V-sync.

I also get different answers online. Some people say that I'm gonna experience tearing, some people say I wont.

The problem is that I'm from Greece and here your build is much more expensive than the one I posted as the gtx Ti costs almost the same as a gtx 1080 and the monitor costs about 550 euro, so it's a no go unfortunately. I'm stuck with my original build.

I see, well still the input lag isn't much on a 60hz monitor, if anything I would look into a 2560x1080/75hzIPS monitor for the increased hz, IPS for better colors (Photoshop) & and the ultrawide part to see more on the screen (I believe LoL supports it) which could give you an advantage.
