I am selling my pc (i7 3770k, h100i watercooling, asus sabertooth z77, 3 month old corsair rm750i, 4x4 ddr 3 ram) for 350 euros. i was wondering if i just unplug my ssd's and hdd's if any personal information is still on the pc if he uses it?

the SSD and the HDD are the only devices that can hold DATA after power loss outside of the CMOS. The CMOS doesn't have any detailed information on it.

No, after removing your drives there will be no personal information on the PC remaining.
