[SOLVED] Question about shutting down pc or power cut.

Hi, When i manually shutting down pc by shutdown button in windows ,then first monitor shuts down and then pc case.But when i cut power by power cord button, then monitor and pc case shutting down at the same time. Why?

because when you cut power by power cord, they both lost power at the same time.

possible no video output, which put the gpu on idle.

When shutting down windows with built in shut down button you give windows a chance to close down all running programs. If you cut power you run the risk of getting corrupt data on your storage drive.
When windows shuts down the right way it will shut down drivers for GPU so monitor will go dark before the components in the case shut down.

Yep everyone above is on the money. Imagine a plane: Instead of a controlled landing, it just drops straight down.

(The wings gliding are supposed to be Windows following shut-off instructions)
