Question about SoundCards

So i recently bought a set of Skull Candy Plyr 1's, and there a good headset, my only problem is that unlike my last pair (Logitech G430) i cannot hear my own voice, this creates a sort of "deaf" feel and is quite bothersome to me. i have done some research and there inst much on a solution, however i keep seeing sound cards appearing in these discussions. my question is, if i get a sound card is there a way to enable a "voice feedback" setting?

There is a way in windows, but its quite delayed so you will stumble over your own words in a longer sentence.
Soundcards wont do anything for you either.

I had the same issue moving from P11s to my G35s (then Cloud IIs). You get used to it eventually, or buy an open back set.
