I have an i3-9100f in a spare PC but I recently got a i7-10700 for my gaming PC and have no use for the stock cooler. Is it compatible with the i3 since the 1151 coolers are compatible with 1200 socket?
(Reason I ask is because I like the all black and it's an i3)

The mounting holes are the same. Only difference in the socket is pin count for the CPU which has nothing to do with the cooler. It should work just fine.
