Question about streaming capablities

What kind of a difference will I get if I streamed/gamed on these rigs. Graphic setting wise and stream setting wise?

i7 7800x
aorus ultra gaming x299
gtx 1080
16gb ddr4 ram

versus

i5 4690k
asus z97-a
gtx 1080
8gb ddr3 ram

While streaming ?? A lot , that i5 is going to drop fps like a bomb compared to a 7800x.
