[SOLVED] Question about temperature

So right now, I am running an i3 9100f.
And because I live in a hot country, and my AC is broken.
I am using a fan to blow air onto me and my pc.
But I just noticed that my CPU is getting to 60-61 C while gaming, but because my AC is broken, when my AC is not its around 50 or 51.
Would that consider being overheating or?

And right now, I ordered an i5 9600k and its on the way, I have my cooler in my signature.

No, those are fine temps.

You could expect few degrees higher temps but should still be fine. With high 80s at load is time to get worried. 60s and 70s are no problem. That's a very good cooler.
