[SOLVED] Question about the 3070 4k performance

I have a 2080 ti that runs smooth at 4k 60 fps

Yet here on this chart: https://prnt.sc/u9vbpl

It shows that 3070 is not 4k 60 fps but below that mark, am i missing something here??

It would be hard to think that a 2080Ti is going to be needing an upgrade any time soon, IMO...

Even IF a 3070 or 3080 is 90-100% faster w/ near-useless RTX enabled, that does not make a 2080 Ti 'inadequate'...

I'd expect a 3070 to it least rival a 2080 or 2080TI in gaming...

No one will know for sure what it can/can't do until it is released and reviewed...
