Hello! and thanks in advance for those who help me clarify this.

I just bought a new case (NZXT s340 elite) to put my system on it (its working fine).
But, I am not sure if a connect the fans in their respective places.

My motherboard is an ASUS P9X79 LE - Liquid cooling on Corsair H60.

I have a total of 5 fans:
-2 came with the case, rear and top. These are connected on a Molex cable directly to the psu.
-with the cooling system, I have the radiator in between 2 fans connected to the motherboard and also have the pump power connector.
-I also have an extra fan to cover the space that I have in the case.

this is the diagram of my motherboard

Short story:
Where is the right place to connect the pump power connector of the cooling system?
Where to connect the 2 fans that I have with the radiator? and in what direction should I put the fans?
And last Where to connect the extra fan?

thanks

Solution
You should hook the two radiator fans up to the CPU and CPU_OPT headers, these will vary with the processor temp.
The two fans you currently have connected to molex can either stay that way, or be hooked up to a CHA_FAN header (If the fans are 3 pin, it wont matter really). Molex simply runs the fans at full speed all the time, which if the noise does not bother you, is perfect for exhaust.
The other fan can follow the above.

The radiator fans should have one pushing air into the radiator, while the other fan should be between the rad and the case pulling air through the radiator (and pushing it out the case)

Thanks for your quick response!
I will leave the rear and top, connected to the molex and the extra one to the CHA_FAN.
And where should I Conncet the pump power connector?
right now I have it on CPU_FAN and the 2 fans of the radiator I have them connected to CHA_FAN

Thanks Again.

To leave everything clear.
- The 2 radiator fans connected to CPU_FAN and CPU_OPT
- Power pump to CHA_FAN
- Extra fans to CHA_FAN
