I bought all the parts there except for windows with a 2 year replacement part on all the parts that allows it. My friend spoke to the workers there and told me in about 2 years, he can help me bring in all the parts thats under the 2 year plan to mircocenter and get my money back for them and use the returned money to invest on the better and newer computer parts than. Is this true? it sounds too good to be true but if it is than thats awesome! Anyone knows? thanks in advance.

I don't have a Micro center near me, but I'm assuming you bought extended warranties on these parts. If that's the case I would say you would have to take them back and say they have failed, in which case of replacements weren't available, they would give you a refund. Assuming that's the case I would say that is less than ethical. What goes around, comes around.

Generally with extended warranties they will give you comparable parts if they don't have the exact ones available (this will all be in the contract you signed).
With that said, these things are typically north of 90% profit for the store and usually some of that gets kicked back to the seller even if the store isn't commission driven; they will typically tell you ANYTHING to get you to buy one. In two years when you go back to the store though it is doubtful they will "remember" promising you anything, assuming the same people even work there.

Obviously though, if this were a general policy to give refunds to everyone who bought the extended warranty, the store wouldn't remain in business for very long.
