Already, see my GTX 1080 is about to die, screen artifacting the whole bit. And I was doing some research, and found a deal for a GTX titan X Pascal for roughly $160. I do not have the money for a full on upgrade at the moment so that would have to do. However upon purchasing it, around 25 minutes ago, I had only known of the 3 titans. The original GTX Titan Black, The Titan X Maxwell, and Titan X Pascal. But then I found out what I thought was wrong, I thought the Titan XP was TITAN X Pascal. But then I read up and there is a difference somehow... that I am still confused about.
This is the Titan X Maxwell

This is the Titan X Pascal that I bought

And this is apparently the TITAN XP

Forgive me for being confused. I do not even know which benchmarks now to trust
"this is one I was using to reference for Titan X Pascal Titan X pascal benchmark

Now I dont even know what to trust anymore. All I know is I have a Titan X Pascal, I confirmed via the serial numbers. And the fact that it looks like the 2nd image. What is the difference with the Titan xp and Titan X Pascal? I can find very little on the xp and essentially none talking about the performance difference.

Any help appreciated because it feels like I got fooled.

I apologize if any of this isn't typed right...very tired right now.

I do not quite understand, nothing about this seemed discrete at least coming from the sellers perspective. The description was very honest about what he has, he had several previous good reviews. 25 items sold and 20 positive reviews. He listed it as a Titan X Pascal. What I am having trouble with, is trying to actually find the difference between the visual of the card of the Titan X Pascal and Titan XP. And for some reason I am having difficulty with that. Which I am sure somebody will point out something I missed on the first google page!

Just to let you know the Titan x Pascal and the Titan XP look the same as far as the only difference is that the "P" was added next to the "X' as in Reading Titan XP at the end of the card.

So the second picture you posted is the Titan X pascal non XP

I bought used no complaining. I would make sure you really are getting a Pascal though

If you look at all the line up of the Titans the only really big jumps were the last two Titan RTX and the latest one but I have not kept up where that one falls.

Great cards after I did buy the Pascal I got a good deal on the first gen 6 Gb Titan and for it being so outdated it still keeps up.

After relooking how you labeled the cards It looked like the description for each card was for the one above it but now re looking it's for the one below. If that's the case your getting the Pascal. Your gonna really like it as it chomps through everything. No glitches no micro stutter, Runs cool with MSI afterburner.

The X Pascal has a DVI connector. The XP doesn't.

Specs for each are listed below (which also mention the lack/presence of DVI).

The XP has a 7% more cores, 3% higher clock at boost speed, 14% more memory bandwidth. So a bit faster, but I doubt making more than a few fps difference.
