[SOLVED] Question about top exhaust fan.

Hi,i have a RAIDMAX NEON RGB case which only has 1 fan expansion slot which is the rear exhaust.Im wondering if i can put a fan on the top of the psu shroud and on the top of my case (by top of my case i mean roof INSIDE THE CASE/WHERE TO COMPONENTS ARE)
How will no breathing space for the fans affect airflow in my case?
Should i do it?
Should i not do it?

There appears to be no grill on the top to exhaust air out. So...no.
