If this is not possible, then how P and E cores in Turbo Boost 2 and P cores in Turbo Max 3.0 can stay and process at frequencies specified by Intel?
For example, for a rendering 3D that takes 8 hours, what will be the behavior of Turbo Boost 2 and Turbo Max 3.0 in P and E cores?
