[SOLVED] Question about turbo boosting CPU.

Hello guys, I have a question. If I turbo boosted my CPU will it be stuck at 100% usage all the time? it's not causing any problem or something but I only want to know.

What speed the cpu runs at has nothing to do if something is using it.

if you enable TurboBoost in the bios then the CPU will automatically adjust it's clock speed (up or down) without your intervention based on work & thermal loads. When idle it will downclock to very low clockspeeds.
