Unquestioned Authority, Enchant Creature
When Unquestioned Authority comes into play, draw a card.
Enchanted creature has protection from creatures.

If I have one in play, and I play a second one,
do I get to draw 2 cards or just one.

One. "... draw A card." You haven't described anything which might
result in the drawing of a second card.

202.2. Text that refers to the object it's on by name means just that
particular object and not any other duplicates of it, regardless of any
name changes caused by game effects.

How many are coming "into play"? Just one ... the second one. So you
get one card. The other UA is *already* in play and you have already
drawn the card for it at the time it came into play.

When a card uses its name in its text, it means just that particular
card, not any other instances of it. It really should be replaced with
the text "this" or something similar.

When an Unquestioned Authority comes into play, the ability on it (and
not on any other UAs) triggers, and you get to draw one card.

Just one. When a card uses its own name, it's talking only about "the object
this text is printed on" - itself only. Not "any old card that has the same
name as this card". This is why you'll see the ability sometimes written like
"When ~this~ comes into play, draw a card." or "When ~ comes into play, draw
a card." - the ability doesn't really care what the name of the card it's on
IS, it's just using it to refer to the card it's on.

If UA said "Whenever a card named Unquestioned Authority comes into play, draw
a card", _then_ it would be looking for any card with that same name. It would
have to say so specifically, to so refer; the default for "card's own name" is
"just this card itself".
