[SOLVED] Question about updating audio drivers

So I was having audio problems so I reinstalled my motherboard audio drivers but I did not uninstall my previous motherboard audio driver.

So I was having audio problems so I suspect it my audio driver so I went on the asus website and installed the motherboard audio driver again but I did not uninstall my previous audio driver is there any harm in doing this can anything bad happen if I install the same audio driver twice because when I reinstalled my motherboard audio driver it said it was uninstalling my audio driver

Also What happens if you install a different version audio driver than the version you had on your pc without uninstalling the older version audio driver before installing the new one?

It sounds like the installer automatically uninstalls existing driver before installing the new one, so you have nothing to worry about.
