Question about UTP cable noise

Hi! My question is somewhat technical and is about Cat5e cabling. Let's say that I have a waay too long cable and I am twisting it, so that I create many spirals and make it more compact and tidy (not an English speaker, don't know if there is an actual word for this). Would this add noise to my connections, affecting my speeds? Does it create a "coil" kind of effect? Or does the insulator prevent this from happening?

Thanks in advance!

CAT5 specifications call DO NOT BEND CABLE beyond a certain radio. Where CAT5, CAT5e, CAT6 etc each one would have a slight different number, Google for exact. In general, NO SHARP BENDS for a CAT cable, very large loops, say a 4 feet in diameter am personally OK with it.
