Question about waterblock on cpu.

I want to reapply some thermal paste soon, I know how but if I unscrew the waterblock will water come out.. it makes me nervous... it may sound dumb but i'm a beginner at water-cooling.

Jesus, I'm stupid. I thought when you removed it it came out or something, sorry, I just installed water cooling for the first time in my and I didn't know if me taking it off would hurt it. Thats easy, thank you man .
