question about windows 10 on custom built computer

hey guys I am new here and was wondering do you guys still use ccleaner after what happend to the program that the company released some sort of data collection thing in the program? I look forward to hearing from you guys Thanks.

I stopped using ccleaner about a year ago, and I would occasionally just go into PC Decrapifier and manually remove junk, or I now have Avast Ultimate (which is overkill) so I felt no need to keep ccleaner on my computers.

ok Thanks, and also if i remove ccleaner and all the registry entries and left over stuff that it leaves behind if any do i need to wipe my computer back to factory settings that goes with any program as well? I look forward to hearing from you thanks.

Once you uninstall ccleaner, everything is gone from that program. You shouldn't need to, at least I didn't.

what program do you recommend i use instead? i know you said you use pc decraifier but i need something that removes temp files as well?
