question about windows 8.1 UI

So guys, I just reinstalled my windows 8.1 but there is one background screen that I can't find where to change it.

The background screen I'm talking is the Login Screen, press Ctrl + L to go to lock screen and click on it so the Login Screen can appear, mine just has a solid color as background, does anybody know how to change it to a picture?

omfg, I keed asking the question and people keep sending me this link! DUDE! this link talks only about lock,start and desktop screen, I WANNA KNOW ABOUT HE LOGIN SCREEN! is it possible to change the BACKGROUND THERE?????

Did you even look at the link that I send you?

It does talk about the lock screen. Read it and you will be rewarded...

It specifically addresses Windows 8.1 and the LOCK SCREEN!!!!!

DUDE, do you read anything that I write? I said LOGIN SCREEN not LOCK SCREEN!

He means that screen after the lock screen, where you actually enter your password..I think

I'm fairly certain windows 8 only has it as a solid color, which makes sense considering you should only be there for the 5 or so seconds that you need to enter the password. They save the pictures for the LOCK SCREEN which is what people will see most of the time
