[SOLVED] Question abut fiber bend

I wanted to know a few things about fiber bend. In my fiber's safety rules it is said that 'The fiber bending radius should never be than 38mm' But mine looks like this

So is this the correct way put it?

That is likely much more than 38mm. There are 2 numbers one is related to light loss. The fiber will pass less light at some bend point. This will not affect the speed until the level gets so low it does not work at all. The other is the point you actually break the fiber and it is far smaller than 38mm. The 38mm is to minimize the light loss

You can't tell by your photo but more or less what the fiber cable installer told be as long as the loop is bigger than your wrist it is fine.
