...but now I can't install my G-card software (YES I AM GETTING THE G-CARD SOFTWARE FROM MY MANUFACTURER WEBSITE DON'T DOUBT ME I AM NOT DUMB!)

Color distortions example and what I did to fix it:
Black color was replaced with red lines going horizontally across my screen.
I ended up taking my graphics card out and cleaning all the dust off and replacing the thermal paste because it didn't have barely any at all and that and the combo of dust was probably why my G-card was messing up because it was probably overheating.
Computers current state:
completely fine and working I have to restore it using repair windows tho every time I try to install my G-card drivers. What's the problem you ask? I WANT TO PLAY VIDEO GAMES! D:
What not to tell me:
Do NOT tell me to do a fresh re-install of windows... I already tried!!
I got my windows copy from a... lets say third party application... I have the license for windows 7 home premium but accidentally installed home basic, maybe that is the problem or would that not make sense?
G-card which yes I should have provided, sorry!:
Radeon HD 7700 series (yes that is as specific as I can get my G-card is good though better than my i3-3220 I believe is the name could be wrong but the CPU doesn't matter here anyway)
