A vg248qe have less motion blur than a normal 100€ ips 5ms? i ask this because i found that my brother's monitor (ips hp 5ms) have too much blur compared to my vg248qe asus, i notice this on ps4 (i play on ps4 pro and on pc)

TN panel in VG248QE is faster as compared to IPS panels , but you do have to keep the FPS in mind too.
