Question for i7 7700k owners

Do u guys notice and stuttering or bad minimun frame rates, because im getting this or the 1700 for high fps and min whilst being smooth.

No the 7700k is smooth. There are small differences though, but only in few games and you wouldn't really notice it unless you compare them side by side. The 7700k has higher average fps, there are sometimes very rare hiccups in games like Deus Ex and Mafia 3 with the 7700k that don't happen with 1800x. But you really have to be picky and look for them to notice them.
Subjectively, these two CPUs feel exactly the same to me. I can't really feel any difference between 1800x and 7700k in game, 1700 should be a similar story.
