I have a system with:
Ryzen 5 1600x - Cooler Master Lite 120
B350m - Mortar arctic
Hyperx DDR4 2400mhz
Sapphire Radeon RX Vega 56 8Gb
1tb Seagate Barracuda
1tb WD Blue
1 512gb ssd Kingston
1 240gb ssd Kingston
Corsair 650w PSU
Now my question is, what could be the reason on why my setup won't deliver consistent fps on games such as csgo, apex and insurgency? CSGO fps is around 80-180, Apex' is 60-120 while insurgency barely passes the 60-80 fps range. Is that normal or I should be getting a lot more juice from this system?

Games have a "lock". Most games don't allow more fps than 300 to be displayed.
If you are running it on high settings and stuff, that's probably the reason.
Other thing that comes to my mind is that you might have a slight bottleneck (gpu>cpu), but i am not 100% sure because i dont like vega news, the gpu itself and anything related.
When you have a powerful pc and try to run a game on bad graphics you get stuck on like 300-250 fps.
That is completely normal.
