Quite a few ways. If you already have it installed, go to Activate Windows and you can do it through there.

You can purchase a retail copy from most major retailers that carry PC software.

You can buy a copy at Microsoft.com

I believe you can still call in and activate over the phone with a credit card.

retailers are sketchy from what i've heard
how on earth i can call them over the phone i still use google translate sometimes
and i dont need window version for working

You can get either a USB, or direct download.

Here's what you can do:

1. Register for a Microsoft account. This is required anyway to setup Windows 11 the normal way and it binds the license to the account, so you can transfer the license to a new PC.
2. Buy a license key from Microsoft https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/d/windows-11-home/dg7gmgf0krt0?rtc=1 . Choose the "Download" option.
3. If the page doesn't direct you to where to download it, go to here https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11 . Choose "Create Windows 11 Installation Media"
4. Plug in an 8GB or higher thumb drive and use the app the previous step gives you make a bootable Windows installer.
